I’m Mark Doherty, Manager of Developer Relations at Adobe Mobile and Devices (EMEA). My role is to evangelize Flash mobile technologies and engage with developers, content providers, aggregators, operators and OEM partners to develop a thriving ecosystem here in EMEA.
Prior to this role I worked in Core Engineering at Adobe as a Software Engineer on the Flash mobile platform primarily on device integration of Flash Lite and Flash Cast on Symbian and Brew.
During my time with Adobe I have also produced various Flash Lite components and applications and delivered training courses on Flash Lite development. More recently I worked with Telenor (
Before its acquisition by Adobe, I worked for Mobile Innovation on Nokia’s smartphone platforms and with Panasonic R&D Core in Mobile Multimedia working on Symbian OS hardware integration, platform and application development in C++.
