Register below for a seminar on creating a C++ backend for Flash Lite. In the first seminar Giorgio Natalli will show you how to build a Flash Lite multiplayer game using Bluetooth and the following month he will also demonstrate the CS3 workflow for creating mobile applications.

Finally I have gotten around to gathering our internal tips for Flash Lite performance. In the files, mostly written by Adobe staff, you will discover strange Flash Lite oddities, bug work-arounds and tips for better coding for mobile devices.
The documents have been literally ripped from the internal wikis and therefore have a pretty informal writing style, so be warned, Adobe staff get frustrated sometimes just like you. Also in the zip file are some particularly good articles that we use and are pulled from the Internet, thanks to those authors who are named in their respective documents.
You can find the zip file over in the examples section.
Today Nokia research gave us a look into what really is packing on the N95 and I hope other S60 devices, an accelerometer. In case you aren’t aware accelerometers can tell if you’re running or rotating and lifting the device, the iPhone and many digital cameras make use of this to change the display orientation for better viewing.
I’m very excited about the possibilities for this and I hope we might even release a little code to get this data into Flash Lite. In the following Nokia demo you can roll the ball around and even make it bounce on the z axis.
