Loading ...Recently I received a request for information on how to build your own installable component package for Flash. Why would you want to do this? Well maybe you’ve built your own framework and want to install the class files into the localClasses root, you may also have designed your own UI components and want to share those between your work mates or customers.
Doing this is reasonably easy and the howto is in my examples section.

(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...Today we received the news that the Hamburg office is under water (again). Hamburg is the home of Flash authoring, including the fantastic Device Central.
Apparently the office is surrounded by metal windows and a huuuuuge door to keep the water out when this happens. Is it just the Germans showing off?
