Well MAX Barcelona was a great adventure, despite my laptop going crazy and some of our demos not working I managed to pull off a presentation. Bill also introduced me formally during his session, the final unveiling!
Speaking to the community at MAX I got a real feel for the creativity, capability and commitment from the developers in Europe. I spoke to all sorts of shops that produce everything from Flex web applications, Flash Lite 1.x-2.x content developers and aggregators to university lecturers.
One thing is clear, each and every person really wants the ecosystem to grow and get better. We hosted an evening for mobile developers and heard about their ideas, pain points and what they want from us in the future.
Rest assured, we are working on it!
Flash Cast and Flash Home also seem to be getting alot of attention, Flash Cast particularly as we are working on a solution announced last year with Telenor and the news is out, it’s going to be huge.
